This was the first event of the year! Akoma Health is an on-demand therapy service for africans.
Akoma Circles Webinar, “Effective Productivity in 2023: Optimizing Your Time & Prioritising Mental Wellbeing in the New Year”.
I discussed with speakers the importance of well being, important productivity hacks and how our wellbeing and mental affect can affect our physical health and productivity in the long-term.
GENDER BASED VIOLENCE WITH SHAKE AFRICA X RTM.
This was a wonderful day discussing experts and advocates against gender based violence. I was a guest to discuss all aspects of gender based violence, solutions and our advocacy all in line with the 2022 theme ‘UNITE’. We discussed closing the gender power gap, transforming the culture of power and dismantling systems that perpetrate violence.
